Orders

Submitting an order online is a request. It is confirmed when we contact you, usually by phone, and nothing is final until then. We need the lead time shown on the site; shorter notice is sometimes possible, so please call.

Pricing and payment

Prices, delivery fees and tax are shown before you submit. Payment can be made online by card, on the confirmation call, or by invoice where we have agreed terms with you.

Changes and cancellations

Please contact us as early as possible to change or cancel. Cancellations close to the event date may be charged for food already prepared.

Allergies

Tell us about allergies in your order notes and we will label trays. Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, nuts and shellfish, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free of an allergen.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery times are estimates. Please make sure someone can receive the order at the address and time you give us.
